The league consists of two 10 week seasons in the spring and autumn.

At present there are six teams in the Friday league.

There are three games played each Friday - the start times being 10am; 11am; and noon.

See What's On

The league is not a closed shop and if any East Chinnock resident wishes to enter a team they will be accommodated .

Each team has three players in the Friday games but it is suggested that each team has four players to take into account holidays etc.

There are several residents who do not wish to be committed but will play occasionally and be treated as reserves by any of the teams.

The weekly fee is £1 per person to pay the hall rental.

Open to all

New Age Kurling is a form of the original curling game, but adapted so that it can be played indoors on any smooth, flat surface, such as a sports hall, rather than on ice.

Importantly, the game can be played by both able-bodied and disabled people of all ages alike - http://www.kurling.com/

All equipment is provided.
